ROAD TO SUCCESS provides insight into the challenges faced by offenders who are being released from federal correctional institutions as well as the opportunities available to assist them to return to their families and communities. The video also covers the many programs in which inmates can participate during their incarceration. These programs, designed to assist them find employment once released, include mock job fairs, life skills and resume writing classes, varied apprenticeship programs, and hands-on-training and work experience in Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR). Services available at local ONE STOP CAREER CENTERS and related private and government agencies that provide education and training that target well paying jobs are also presented.
